Your responsibilities

Third-party platforms

The Service works with Discord, Roblox and Stripe. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability or changes. Sirenly is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation, Discord Inc., or any Roblox game or its creators. Game names belong to their owners.

Your data

You keep ownership of the content you and your community put into the Service. You give us permission to store and process it to provide the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access to a server that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or does not pay. You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling and removing the bot.

Availability and changes

We aim for a reliable Service but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Status updates are posted in our support community. We may update the Service and these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [your state/country], and disputes will be handled in its courts, unless local law says otherwise.
