Privacy Policy
Last updated October 1, 2026
This policy explains what Sirenly, operated by [set NEXT_PUBLIC_LEGAL_NAME] ("we"), collects when a Discord community uses our bot and dashboard, how we use it, and your choices. Questions: [set NEXT_PUBLIC_CONTACT_EMAIL].
What we collect
- Discord account info when you log in to the dashboard or use the bot: your Discord user ID, username, avatar, and the list of servers you are in (the "identify" and "guilds" permissions only).
- Roblox account info if you choose to verify: your Roblox user ID and username, provided by Roblox after you approve access ("openid" and "profile" only). We never receive your Roblox password.
- Community data entered by a server's members and staff: server settings and branding, role permission mappings, vehicle lists and registrations (plates), session votes and attendance, and moderation cases (warnings, timeouts, kicks, bans, notes, reasons and evidence links).
- Billing: subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We receive your subscription status and a customer reference, never your full card number.
- Technical logs: error reports and diagnostic logs, which may include Discord server and user IDs.
How we use it
- To provide the bot and dashboard to the Discord server that subscribed.
- To link your Roblox identity to your Discord account inside the servers you choose.
- To bill server owners, prevent abuse, fix bugs, and keep the service secure.
We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Server separation
Each Discord server's data is kept separate. One server cannot see another server's members, vehicles, moderation records, settings or billing. A Roblox verification is stored per server.
Who sees your information
Staff of a Discord server you belong to can see what that server's configuration allows, such as profiles and moderation history. Warnings and staff notes are visible only to authorized staff, not on public profiles.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run the service: Supabase (database), Vercel (website), Railway (bot hosting), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (network and file storage), Sentry (error monitoring) and Resend (email). They process data only to provide their service to us.
Retention and deletion
- While a subscription is active we keep the server's data.
- If a subscription ends we keep the server's configuration and data for 90 days so it can be restored, then delete it.
- You can ask us to delete your personal data, or a server owner can ask us to delete a server's data, by contacting [set NEXT_PUBLIC_CONTACT_EMAIL]. We may keep limited records where the law requires (for example payment records).
- You can unlink Roblox at any time by asking server staff to run the unlink command, or by contacting us, and you can revoke access from your Roblox account settings.
Children
Discord requires users to be at least 13 (or the minimum age in their country). Our service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. Contact us if you believe a child under 13 has provided data and we will delete it.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected server owners of a breach as required by law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your personal data. Contact [set NEXT_PUBLIC_CONTACT_EMAIL] and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above. Material changes will be announced to server owners.
Not affiliated
Sirenly is independent and not affiliated with Roblox Corporation, Discord Inc., or any Roblox game or its creators.
